Hello, I’m Mark. I’m a proud Florida native, born in the ’80s, with a lifelong dream of building a business of my own. My journey in air conditioning began at just 14 years old, working alongside my father. From those early days, I was driven to master the trade.
Years of learning the trade, the business, and a few hard knocks led to the launch of Floridian Air Conditioning Corp in 2018. With no financial backing, I built this company from the ground up, and we’ve earned our reputation the slow way: one honest job at a time.
At 30 years old, I left the company I had spent 10 years with to start my own. I earned the licenses and insurance needed to operate on my own, and I went out into the field by myself, doing the work with my own hands to the highest standard I knew. I am still out in the field doing that work today. What I wanted then is what I still want now: to spend my life building something of value, the kind of honest trade work I feel is missing in today’s world.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience across commercial and residential systems, from home split systems to cooling towers and chillers, I’ve built a simple philosophy: air conditioning doesn’t need sales. It just needs to be serviced.

Our technicians are not paid on commission, and nobody at Floridian Air is here to sell you equipment you don’t need. If it can be repaired, we repair it. If it truly needs replacing, we’ll show you why. We stand behind our work with real workmanship warranties, and we’ll keep your system running as long as it makes sense to.
