Chillers and cooling towers are the heart of a large building’s cooling, and they reward companies that understand water. Floridian Air Conditioning Corp services and repairs air cooled and water cooled chillers and the cooling towers, pumps, and piping that support them across Broward County.
Chiller service and repair
From troubleshooting controls and compressors to correcting flow and heat transfer problems, we diagnose chillers methodically and repair them honestly. Our background is commercial, and large tonnage does not intimidate us.
Cooling tower service
- Tower cleaning and basin service
- Fill, fan, motor, and bearing inspection and repair
- Spray system and water distribution checks
- Scale and biological growth addressed before it costs you capacity
The scale problem, solved
South Florida water lays scale into condensers and tower systems, choking water flow and driving head pressures up until equipment trips or fails. We restore flow with professional acid flushing and descaling, the same work we perform for condo associations across the coast. If your approach temperatures are climbing or your units trip on hot afternoons, the water side is where we look first.
