Rooftop package units and commercial split systems cool most of Broward’s offices, shops, and restaurants. Floridian Air Conditioning Corp services, repairs, maintains, and replaces them all, from a single 3 ton split over a storefront to a full rooftop of package units.
Service and repair
Fast diagnosis when a space is warming up, with the parts and experience to handle compressors, motors, controls, and refrigerant circuits on all major brands. Repair first is our rule, and every repair carries our workmanship warranty.
Changeouts done right
When a unit is truly at the end, we handle the replacement completely: correct sizing for the space, proper curb and connection work, and a clean startup with performance verified before we leave the roof. You get the numbers in writing first, with no commission driven upsell attached.
Keep it off the emergency list
Rooftop equipment that gets regular maintenance rarely makes emergency calls. Ask about a preventative maintenance agreement sized to your building, with visits on the schedule your operation needs.
